1. Transformation of new technology achievements in clean production of clean and lead-zinc in Hua Qi
At present, the high alkali flotation process with lime is basically adopted in the lead zinc separation at home and abroad. The main problems of this process are: the recovery of lead and associated gold and silver in lead concentrate is low; lime needs to be mixed into lime milk to add, difficult to wash, and the pipeline of adding reagent and slurry connection are easily blocked, resulting in frequent fluctuation of mineral processing index; the pH value of tail water is above 12, and it needs to add sulfuric acid to adjust to the range of 6-9. Standard discharge; COD content of tail water as high as 100-200 mg/l, need to add oxidant to eliminate treatment; in the lime production process, carbon emissions are serious, the purchase price is higher and higher. For this reason, after many years of technical research in Huaqi, Hunan Province, a lime-free clean separation process of lead and zinc based on pollution source control was developed. The greatest advantages of this process are: without lime, the recovery of lead and associated gold and silver in lead concentrate is greatly improved; without lime, the problems of refractory mixing of lime milk, difficult addition and easy plugging of reagent pipeline and slurry pipeline are eliminated, and the production index is more stable; without lime, the pH value of tail water is 6-9. Within the scope of reaching the standard; without lime, reduce the staffing of lime washing and distribution, reduce the labor cost of mineral processing; use light tension and light compression process, the dosage of reagents is small, the content of COD in tail water is low to about half of the high alkali process.
At present, the project has been popularized and applied in Shuikoushan Nonferrous Group Co, Ltd. and Huangshaping Mining Branch of Zhongtungsten High-tech Co, Ltd, with good market prospects.
