The company has four divisions: R&D of resource and environment engineering technology, analysis and inspection, research and development of auxiliaries and equipment. Close cooperation has been established with South China University, Guangxi University, Wuhan Engineering University, Nanhua University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hunan Institute of Non-ferrous Metallurgy Labor Protection and other institutions of higher learning and scientific research. The company employs a number of professors as senior advisory team, a technical research and development team led by Zhuzhou pioneering leader Dr. Xiang Ping, and more than 10 senior engineers and technicians with more than 10 years of on-site work experience. 17 patents were obtained.
